Marketing, Strategy & Brand

A House where strategy, style, and story live under one roof built by women who have never been just one thing,
for individuals who are done pretending to be just one thing.

The TOC Identity

We are women
who were never
meant to be
one thing

TOC is built by women who are writers and strategists, empaths and operators, creatives and executives, all at once.

That multi-hyphenate identity drives the vision. When you have lived more than one life, you understand brands, businesses, and people with a depth that a single-track career simply cannot replicate. Every discipline we have moved through became a lens. And together, those lenses form a way of seeing that is entirely our own.

About the House

Our Story, From the First Page

House of The Olive Chapter is a creative house with many rooms, and each room has a purpose. We are budiling this because we know how good it can get. For your brand, for your story, for you.

The Olive Table: From marketing, brand architecture, business strategy, operations, HR, founder psychology, creative direction, research intelligence we deliver services across these 8 disciplines, under one roof.
Ogilvy's creativity toward brands combined with Mckinsy's strategic approach to business. We are both, by design.

The Olive Stitch is where the philosophy becomes physical. A made-to-order atelier for women who understand that fashion is not vanity. It is a language. How you dress is vocabulary. Every garment is one-of-one. Every fitting is a conversation. Every piece is built to last longer than the season it was made in, because the women who wear it are not chasing trends.

The Olive Circle is where the community lives. A safe space, for women, by women. The kind that only exists when the right women are in a room together with no agenda and complete trust. The Olive Circle is built for women who are too interesting for one industry, too ambitious for one chapter, and too wise to pretend that building something in isolation is strength. It is not. The room is.

The Olive Chapters is where our thinking goes public. The podcast. The essays. The conversations that belong on cultural record. The women of TOC have things to say about business, about feminity, power, about what it actually takes to build something that outlasts the moment. The Olive Chapters is where we say them clearly, without apology, and with the kind of editorial precision that makes people save the episode and send it to the three people who most need to hear it.

The Women of The House

Each room has
its keeper.

Every woman in TOc brings a specialty that makes the vision stronger, a perspective that cannot be replicated, and a depth of commitment that cannot be taught.

Taru Singhi

The Brand Keeper. The one who always goes one step further.
Some go deep. Taru goes further, and she does it quietly, completely, without fanfare. Every brand she touches is better for it.

Four years in digital marketing. A mind that does not deliver before it dissects. Taru holds the brief the way a good editor holds a manuscript , looking for what it is actually saying beneath. She asks questions. Many of them. Not out of uncertainty, but out of a deep intolerance for fog.

Clarity, for Taru, is not a preference. It is the only way she knows how to work. And once she has it she moves. Agile. Prompt. A communicator who wastes no one's time, least of all her own.

She lives at the precise intersection of function and creativity, not pulled toward either extreme, never sacrificing one for the other. The strategy holds. So does the aesthethic. At TOC, Taru carries the brand and marketing across the House: the accounts, the client relationships, the creative strategy. She is the kind of person who makes a House run the way it should: with intention, with momentum, and without noise.
She brings urgency to everything she believes in.
She is growing with this House. And the House is growing because of her.

Rebecca Julianaa

The Truth-Teller. The Empath. The One Who Keeps the House Honest.
Every founder needs someone who will tell them the truth without flinching and make them laugh while doing it. Rebecca is that person.

Where others would have let the tension fracture, Rebecca kept people sane, grounded, and heard. Not by avoiding the hard thing. By knowing exactly how to carry it without letting it break the room or the people in it. TOC found someone who understands people.

She reads a room before the room has settled. Emotions, responses, the thing someone is about to say but hasn't yet, she has already caught it, already calibrated, already knows how to meet it. She is an empath by nature and witty in a way that makes even the hardest conversations feel grounded.

At TOC, Rebecca builds the culture that holds the ambition. She keeps the people whole, the partnerships alive, and the House honest. In an environment where everyone is building fast, she is the one making sure the foundation is human. Culture is not a document she writes. It is something she carries into every room.

And at TOC, that makes all the difference.
